Indemnity Acceptance

  • We hereby request Ricoh New Zealand to relocate the equipment as per above.  In submitting this request we accept all risks regarding loss or damage to the equipment in un-installing, preparation for transport, transport by Ricoh New Zealand’s nominated carrier and re-installation at the nominated location.  Further, we hereby indemnify Ricoh New Zealand Limited against any loss of data howsoever incurred.
